Congrads go out to “The Prince of Hali” Tyson Cave as he is the new Canadian super bantamweight boxing champion after defeating his former sparring partner Steve Cannell on a unanimous decision. Cave won 100-90, 99-91 and 97-93, but most had Cannell doing better.
“Ever since I was 13 years old I’ve dreamed of this day, It was a long hard road. I trained hard. People didn’t think I could do 10 rounds, so I’m kind of glad that I didn’t knock him out because now you know I can do 10 rounds. I respect Steve Cannell. He fought very hard tonight. I just fought smarter.”
This puts The Prince of Hali’s record at 9-0 as a professional.
We’ll have a 4PLAE.com EXCLUSIVE Interview with the champ in the coming weeks, stay tuned for that.
